Fire & Acoustic Door Sets

Our range of specialist fire and acoustic doors are designed to give the ultimate in performance, for the life time of the doorset, and to be installed with the minimum time possible.

Moving parts have been engineeered out during the design phase of our latest door range, with market leading acoustics being acheived without the usual drop seal fitting which is fragile and prone to failure over time.

Fire and acoustics are improved with our unique ‘patent pending’ rebated and double rebated door and self sealing threshold designs. Please contact us for more details.

All our fire-rated doors also boast market-leading sound-proofing, certified by independent testing:

FD30 and FD30S acheive Rw 34 & 37.5 db

FD60 and FD60S Rw 38 & 40 db.

Our door range has full UK compliant fire-and smoke certification: For example FD30 & FD30S FD60 & FD60S

UNI EN ISO 9001:2015

FORMA’s door manufacturing facilities quality systems achieved the certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 declaring that a quality management system is being applied, in order to meet regulatory requirements and to enhance customer satisfaction.

FSC®

FSC® has developed an independent forest certification and product labeling system that allows consumers to identify the correct and responsible management of the forests from which the wood and wood products used in the company’s production are derived.FORMA is able to produce FSC certified doors at the request of its customers for a small additional charge.
